Composite Hockey Stick or Wood Hockey Stick?
A on going battle, that no one seems to ever no.
Both have there pros and cons, but which is better...
Wood- Durability and More feel of the Puck
Composite- Hard shot and good Flex.
No one really ever knows. But, my choice really, is both...i have a Nike Bauer Vapor 7 and a CCM 692 TACK wood hockey stick. I love the feel of a wood stick, you feel the puck so much more when stick handling because its a full stick, no hollow parts or foam and shit, just wood. But composites have such great technology, like shots, flexes, and stuff. But what do you think...
Wood? or Composite?
I love my wood sticks. I have tried composites. But I always return to a wood stick. I am currently using a Sherwood PMP 5030. Love that. Have also used the PMP 700. That is great as well. My vote is for wood.
