Best Hockey Stick Shaft?
I'm stuck on trying to decide which shaft to buy. Let me know what shaft you think is the best and why.
Personally I've been looking at the Z-Bubble or Ultra Lite from Easton.
Yeah I was considering the Synergy shaft but it is so pricey because then I'm forced to buy the matching blade which is another $60 plus the $120 shaft. The Synergy II is just way over priced for what you get in my opinion.
The other thing is I need an intermedate shaft so that really limits my choices as far as hockey shafts go. I want the Ultra lite but it only comes in senior or junior and I definately wont be able to handle 120+ flex after I cut down the senior.
I had the Ultra Lite for a while an I loved it. I used the Z-Bubble for like ten minutes once. (Friend's stick) I didn't really like it, but it might have been I wasn't used to it. I think the Ultra Lite is. It's flexible, but not too flexible, it's light and I like my sticks light.
