Best Shin guards for Street Hockey?
I have played Ice Hockey for over a year, but I am getting into street hockey just for the fun of it. I use Warrior protective pads, and while my Warrior Hitman shin pads do the trick, they are WAY too bulky and heavy for street hockey...IMHO.
Anyway, anyone have any recommendations about which brand of shin pads would be really light-weight, but without being like, well, paper? lol
Do they have shin pads meant for street/roller hockey? Also, my elbow pads are honestly a bit bulky too....any recommendations for those as well?
I don't use shin pads for street hockey, but you should get something like these: http://www.prohockeylife.com/divers-hockey-balle-de-rue-c-8_52/mylec-jambi-re-p-2046 They seem decent, light and protective from what I'm seeing. Mylec is a known brand for street, floor and roller hockey.
