what do you wear under hockey pants (shorts, breezers) whatever you call them for ice hockey?
is there something i should wear under them or is it just a cup? i heard something about under armor but i dont know how that would work
Under armor is OK for some people who like that stuff but I prefer not to have it.
There are some of those baggy shorts with the built in cup that also have Velcro-straps for your socks. That's what i have.
If you just have a regular cup, a good pair of shorts or some long, thin, baggy pants could work.
It all sort of release on what makes you feel better.
