My left shoulder is hurting badly!?
I'm a volleyball player, (middle blocker.) and for the past week or so my left shoulder has been really hurting me. and here's the thing, I'm right handed! so I don't hit w/ my left arm or use it much like my right shoulder.it's not like sore, aching pain. it's sharp, hurting pain. & today at the tournament it was bugging me a lot. and I felt my left hand have a tingling feeling for a little bit. o: idk what that means. could it just be a sore muscle? pulled muscle? nerve?! idk, but I have double practice Monday 2hours each and I need my shoulder to feel better! please help, thank you!
just go to a doctor or tell it to your parents... or rest it for few days and don't use it unless it's important or don't let it carry heavy stuffs
