Whats wrong with my forearm?
Im a college football player and after practice i realized my forearm hurts a lot. Today after a walk through i tried to open the door to my locker and i had an intense pain that radiates in a straight line from my ring finger down to my elbow. also when i push down with my pointer finger and middle finger i get this same pain. not sure what it is would love for someone to tell me considering its my senior season in college
Could be a pinched nerve. I recommend you see a orthopedic medical specialist for your condition and have them perform a diagnostic test. That way, you can find out the nature & extent of the problem and a treatment plan can be formed. This will help you get back on the football field faster at the best peak performance possible.
