I'm guessing this is a USED Pc.
You didn't list the processor speed, but it doesn't matter too much with the rest of your specs as you've written.
If you were going to sell this on Ebay/Craigslist/Classifieds, then I wouldn't be charging more than $300 IF it comes with a monitor.
Used desktops just aren't worth that much. I can build a brand new machine that triples your specs for $500 or less, if I already had the software.
Looking at your software, I'm betting that some of it is pirated. If so, and you sell the PC to someone, they may just turn you in, and you'd spend some time in Jail.
