Can anybody help me on a drop ship problem, Im so confused?
I ordered hockey gear online but the customer service guy said the shoulder pads were out of stock and he asked if I was intersted in any other pads. So I got new ones and now it says drop ship for the shoulder and elbow pads, but the pants have shipped. What do I do just wait?
A lot of companies will ship from multiple different warehouses and stores so it is possible your shoulder and elbow pads are just shipping from a different location. Just keep an eye on your email and they should send you the tracking numbers when they are available.
