I lost a lot of weight but only went down one pants size? why?
i was 5'9 at 200lbs and i lost 36lbs now im 164 but i only when down one pants size! why? its kinda frustrating to lose all this weight and only go down one efffing pants size! im stilling losing weight though.
be proud of yourself!!!!! I am sure you lost weight other places!
